Project Description:L’immobile, risultato della ristrutturazione di una parte di edificio storico a due piani, è composto di piano primo e sottotetto ed ha un accesso diretto da una piccola piazza nel centro storico di Pesaro. La ristrutturazione ha riguardato il rifacimento dell’ultimo solaio e del tetto, consentendo così di ricavare un sottotetto utilizzabile. L’assenza di muri di spina e l’utilizzo di un solaio con travi in acciaio e lamiera grecata, ha permesso la creazione di un grande spazio al primo piano, un “loft” occupato solamente dalla scala e dal bagno, con tre finestre sulla piazzetta, altre sui lati prospettanti su cortili interni ed infine sul retro con un piccolo terrazzo scoperto. La scala, realizzata in ferro per la rampa al sottotetto, è aperta in modo da filtrare la luce e consentire la vista completa degli ambienti.The property, a result of the renovation of a two-storey historic building, is composed of a first floor with an attic and has a direct entrance from a small square in the historic center of Pesaro. The restructuring project involved the reconstruction of the top floor and roof, making it possible to obtain a usable attic. The absence of spine walls and the use of a slab with steel beams and fretted sheet, has enabled the creation of a large space on the first floor, a "loft" occupied only by the stairs and the bathroom, with three windows over the square and others on the other sides looking over backyards and finally more windows on the back side with a small open terrace. The staircase, made of iron in the ramp to the attic, is open so as to filter light and allow a full view of the environment.
