Project Description:L’edificio, progettato su incarico dell’Impresa Panema srl, è composto di 12 appartamenti di diverse metrature per complessivi 900 metri quadrati ed è stato realizzato secondo le disposizioni della LR 22/ Piano Casa demolendo completamente un vecchio fabbricato esistente sul lotto. I soggiorni degli appartamenti affacciano verso il Parco Miralfiore mentre sul retro guardano un giardino alberato. I balconi delle unità sono separati da setti bianchi che caratterizzano i prospetti.
